Peaceful visit. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was just the two of us in a house made to accommodate a crowd. It would be a great place to hang out with friends and family. We took our tired hiking feet up to the lookout on our last evening. It is a special spot. I wish we had gone up earlier in our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Robin’s Nest. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions, and the property was gorgeous. The inside is just how its picture and the outdoors were above and beyond. Everything was easy to find and easy to work. The views are breathtaking, and you’re just a hop skip and a jump from Lake Superior for relaxation, Calumet for necessities, mine tours and waterfalls galore for adventure. We highly recommend the Robin’s nest for your next UP adventure! We hope to be back again in the near future!

This property and location are fantastic. We were able to see countless stars each evening and up until early morning. Wow! There are quite a few private, quiet trails to walk with dogs. The home itself is spotless and stocked with everything you can think of: cushions for the outdoor furniture, every cooking utensil you could want, extra blankets, and firewood for purchase nearby. Make sure to check out Calumet Waterworks Park, which is on Lake Superior and just a 30 minute walk away. We went there to watch the sunset and saw many happy Calumet residents. Calumet Theater is also a must-see. Thank you, Jason & Misti!

We stayed at Jason’s place last week for family vacation and it was AMAZING! Having been born in Hancock and having left the area 25 years ago, we were all excited to go back and visit. It definitely did not disappoint and it felt like we had never left! Jason left a ton of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. He was incredibly quick and responsive on getting back with us when we had questions. His house was very clean and organized, and it was more than big enough for 6 adults and 1 toddler. We loved our time there and would encourage anybody and everybody going that way to look into booking it. We are talking about visiting next summer again and if we do we will be booking this house again!

Robins Nest was perfect for our group to explore the Keweenaw peninsula. It had everything we needed for our stay and was conveniently located to the atv trail. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions that we had. All in all, it was a perfect weekend get away for us!
