Can't beat the view! We came to see the full moon rise over the horizon and were able to enjoy that all three days of our trip. Great sunrises too! Quiet and peaceful. Loved the games! Fun choices. Responsive friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable.

Exactly what we needed. Part of our group had to work during our stay and the surroundings were beautiful! The other part of our group skied for the majority of our stay. Easy drive to Mount Bohemia. We did some snowshoeing around the neighborhood. But the most incredible thing was the view from the property out at Lake superior. Sunrises were amazing!

Cozy little cabin on the shore of Lake Superior, very clean and tidy, Secluded location without being too far from town or Mt. Bohemia. (Only about a 30 minute drive) Has board games, fishing equipment, kayaks, fire pit, all the necessary items to cook a meal. Rates are fairly priced, Very nice house and owner would love to stay there again sometime.

Beautiful location on the water, easy to get to, very responsive hosts, and the home was well-appointed. About 20 minutes from a great local grocery store and shops. Perfect place to relax. The king bed and linens in the master bedroom were very comfortable, and the lighthouse tea light candle decor provided great ambiance. We left some candles, salt/pepper, and olive oil for the next guests. Highly-recommend a stay here, if in the UP. We will be back!
Note: We arrived at onset of a severe winter storm. We had the appropriate vehicle and resources, but I want to comment on how excellent the hosts were through the unforeseen challenges (power/internet/heat/water). 100% not within their control but they still handled it very well with support and kindness. AT&T has service at the home, Verizon was intermittent through the storm. Do not let this deter you. Great place!
